In 2016 chef Rob Richards opened Two Skillets as a catering company, but the brand it's now expanding to include a restaurant in downtown McKinney. The plan is to open the restaurant this year and will be serving breakfast food, sandwiches and salads. It will be open for breakfast and lunch, and private dinners.
